Karen Gaylord

Karen Gaylord graduated with honors from Penn State University with a BS in Accounting. Her previous professional financial and sales experience as a successful CPA, CLU, Financial Planner, and Vice President and Manager of Sales Training for Merrill Lynch proved invaluable when she entered the real estate industry. Karen has had a real estate license for 20+ years and is consistently one of the top realtors in Harford County. Karen’s exceptional customer service, quality guidance and knowledgeable advice have greatly contributed to her success.

Among many accolades for her work, Karen was featured on the cover of “Top Agent Magazine”. She served on the Board of Directors for the Harford County Association of Realtors and on the Board of Governors for the Million Dollar Realtor Association of Harford County from 2008-2013. Karen was an Athena Award finalist in 2010, and has been featured in Whos' Who of American Women, 2000 Notable American Women and The World's Who's Who of Women. Karen is also a Certified Distressed Property Expert.
